Account closure as a Broadcaster 

In order to have your account closed, please contact us via email (help@oranum.com) from one of your registered e-mail addresses and include the following:

1. a BRAND NEW copy of your ID (a copy you used during any registration is not acceptable.)
2. a BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding the ID next to your face
3. the name of the accounts that you wish to have closed

For security reasons we may only close accounts if all of the aforementioned conditions are met.

Broadcaster account closure as an Agency 

In case you wish to have a Broadcaster account closed in your Agency account, please contact us via email (help@oranum.com) from the Agency's email address and attach the following:

1. a BRAND NEW copy of your ID (a copy you used during any registration is not acceptable.)
2. a BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding the ID next to your face
3. the name(s) of the accounts that you wish to close.

We will contact you once your request has been handled.

Account closure as an Agency 

In case you wish to have your Agency account closed, please contact us via email (help@oranum.com) from the Agency's email address and attach the following:

1. a BRAND NEW copy of your ID (a copy you used during any registration is not acceptable.)
2. a BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding the ID next to your face 

We would like to ask you to provide your experiences regarding our site in your closure e-mail in order to serve you better and improve the quality of our service.

Before send your request

  • Please make sure not to send the same pictures that were used during ANY registration.

  • In case the registered ID is not valid anymore you can send an other valid identification document issued by your government, such as passport, driving license, newly issued ID card, etc. 

  • Due security reasons we could only accept closure request from your registered e-mail address.
